I stayed at this hotel for one night with my family I arrive around 3:30ish pm cuz my flight was late so checked in late most of the time I was outside but it’s definitely so much better then the others I’ve stayed at in this area before and the breakfast was included as well so it was a good deal. Most of the staff were super helpful but next day the receptionist was a bit rude I checked with them if I could stay half an hour more(I didn’t mind paying for a hour or two as well or even three) but he said you need to pay for half day if you want to stay for half an hour. Location wise is a 5 ⭐️

location was good but room was old . No basic amenities were there. we have to ask for everything like towels, soaps, mineral water, etc.

The hotel is very good and nearby to the pilgrim site. The staff are nice and friendly The only problem is they don't speak Hindi and English. Overall the stay was enjoyable.

The room given to me was not the same as shown at the time of booking. Advt shows a king size coat and another single coat. But they provide an AC room with a king size coat and an extra bed put on the floor. So ask for the same room as shown in booking site

With the price range, the facilities are very poor. The property is very old and not well maintained. Positive is, its very close to the Church.
